Additionally, I am responsible for formulating and developing new products for clients, overseeing purchasing of raw materials, and liaising with our sales team to assist customers with technical enquiries.

Outside of work, I compete in dog agility internationally and have reached the finals at Crufts, giving me a particular interest in the pet-care industry.

As the Accounts Administrator at Industrial Fragrances, I deal with the financial accounts of the business. I create budgets, produce cash flow forecasts and analyse financial records, by monitoring income, costs and profitability to support future business planning. Alongside my accounts responsibilities, I also help with business development by researching potential customers, making initial contact and supporting new business opportunities.
